I've always loved that quote about writing.
Wonderful postcard. Apologies to Nat for the nitpicking, but the quote she mentions came from the NY sportswriter Red Smith, in 1949, with provenance dating to Friedrich Nietzsche, who got to so many places in thought before anyone else, in the 1800s.
